This book very clearly portrays basic facts about Japan It is brief enough to not feel like a textbook, yet detailed enough to help readers learn a lot about Japan I personally did not know much about Japan before I read this book, but it helped me learn about the major trades, crops, religion, ethnicity, and landscapes of Japan It is a very interesting book that I would recommend especially to children who have not been exposed to Japan s culture It is a quick and interesting read.

I thought this book was really cool Even though there are a lot of paragraphs words on each page, I loved how many pictures there were on the pages and how they added to the information that was given about Japan Honestly, looking at this book makes me want to go to Japan that much I think an elementary aged student would really like this book and learning about Japan.
