    This book can be seen as a love story to the resettled community of Tack s Beach, Placentia Bay, Newfoundland While reading it, one could feel the love the author has for the community he called home for so many years and likely still does A must read for all Newfoundlanders so they can continue to learn something of our past, or the resettlement period of the 1960 s.
