The following is a copy and paste of my review Meet DresdinaRiley O Rourke is a reporter right out of Tuscon, and you d think in today s modern world that would make her a stereotypical blonde Caucasion competing for Lois Lane s fame But no Instead what we ve got is a Cat, which as anyone who s ever read an urban fantasy novel, or played a fantasy tabletop game, well knows is obviously slang for a shapeshifter who turns into any one of the world s great cats lion, tiger, jaguar, and so forth She [...]
I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review This was a novella that leads up to book one in the series and I loved it It was such a quick read that I was left ready to start the next book right away I become engrossed in the characters right from page one and had to know how the story progressed, so I jumped right into book 1 The concept is one that many might think been there, done that but the spin on them is unique and exciting The author makes the jump from unknowing souls [...]

Reminiscent of the storyline in the X Men movies at least so far this is an introductory short story but with Vampires and were creatures Thankfully there is no hint of Twilightesqueness This appears to be the opening gambit in a struggle for equal rights for the preternatural with those who would have preferred to remain in the shadows seeking to halt such an outcome.I did find it short, but as it is merely a hook to the other works I can say it did its job.
Check out my review on my Tumblr BibliophileRaven s review of Night of Revelations
Loved Just wish it had been longer
Fantastic prequel to Faerie Tales I loved seeing Riley before the Preternaturals came out to the humans
Not much to say, as the story was so short, but definitely ready for A good tease.
4.5 wish it would have been longer Full review coming to the blog soon
